BRAQUE FRANCAIS PYRENEAN
A Braque Francais is well proportioned dog of 40–55 lbs. with a soft shorthaired coat. It was bred to hunt the very rugged, arid Pyreness Mountain range on the border of France and Spain. The breed dates back hundreds of years and is considered the common ancestor to all of today’s shorthaired pointing breeds. The Braque has a natural retrieve instinct and loves water.
